Maximum number. We cannot accept any requests that does not adhere to the above.

1. There will be a one-off payment of £99 for a space on a board.

2. RTT Leisure Ltd have the right to reject a board if the wording is of a nature which is unacceptable for public viewing or unacceptable to the standards set by RTT Leisure Ltd or the maximum of lines or characters are breached.

3. RTT Leisure Ltd has the right to remove any board if deemed illegible. The client will be notified of the costs of a replacement if they so wish. If they do not wish to replace it, RTT Leisure Ltd has the right to offer the space to another member of the public.

4. Flowers cannot be attached to a board or railings to commemorate a special day.

5. The client has the right to clean the board at the owner's risk and with no hindrance to other customers.

6. RTT Leisure Ltd is not responsible for cleaning or maintaining boards at any point.

7. RTT Leisure Ltd takes no responsibility for damaged caused by harsh weather conditions.

8.RTT Leisure cannot guarantee when these boards will be placed on the pier for viewing
