Please note that these Terms and Conditions can change at any time so it is your responsibility to check these before booking. Should you not agree with them, please refrain from making a booking. No contract exists between yourself and Claremont Pier until we have accepted your booking and received payment. If you have any queries, please feel free to use our 'Contact Us' page.

CONFORMATION OF BOOKING:
After making a booking, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your booking request. Please note, your booking is not confirmed until a payment has been made.

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
We do not allow any party bookings for an 18th, 19th, 20th or 21st birthday unless discussed prior to booking via email.

CANCELLATION:
Should you wish to cancel, the following rules apply;
Cancellations made more than 1 calendar month of the booked date, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations under 1 calendar month of your booked date, will not receive any refund.
If, for any reason, we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund.
However, if we cancel your party because you or the attendees broke any of our Terms and Conditions, you are not entitled to any refund.

PRICE AND PAYMENT:
Prices listed of our services are inclusive of VAT (if VAT is applicable) at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings in respect of which we have already sent you a booking conformation, except in cases of obvious error.
We shall be entitled to charge you interest on late payments in accordance to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Please do not send us any payment information via email. Unless we are proven to be fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information that you provide us when making a booking.

OUR LIABILITY:
Booking attendees shall be require to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings.
We will not be responsible to you or any third party business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data, or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions.
VENUE ACCESS:
A designated person can have access to the reserved area 60 minutes prior to the party’s start time. Guests will not be allowed into the reserved area prior to the party’s scheduled start time.
FOOD AND DRINK:
Attendees are more than welcome to bring their own food to serve during the party. However, all food must be removed from the reserved area no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled end time.
We do offer a buffet, hot or cold, from £11 per person. You will not need to clean up any food if you are having the provided buffet.
We do not allow any attendees to bring their own drinks to the venue.

ALLERGIES:
Please notify Claremont Pier, via email, prior to your booking if any of the guests that will be attending have any allergies to anything we may provide in the buffet, should you choose to include that in your package, so this can be highlighted whilst food prep Is taking place. Claremont Pier accepts no responsibility for failure to notify us of any such allergies.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS:
If we find that there is an attendee to the party who is under the drinking age, and is drinking, we have the right to terminate your party early.
We do not tolerate any kind of illegal activity, whether that be substances or weapons, in our premises. If any attendee is found to be participating in illegal activity, we have the right to terminate your party.
RIGHT TO SEARCH:
We reserve the right to search anyone in order to ensure you, or any other attendees, are not bringing illegal substances or weapons onto our premises.
The searching of any person or their property is an extremely sensitive issue. It is therefore essential that this procedure be carried out with integrity, impartiality and fairness. An attendee can be searched prior to entry or whilst on the premises. This will be conducted with the full co operation of the attendee concerned and will be conducted with at least two persons being present.
GUEST CONDUCT:
All guests are to behave responsible at all times. Any children attending will need to be under adult supervision at all times. Claremont Pier will issue a single warning for unruly conduct prior to asking the guests to leave the premises.

SOCIAL MEDIA/PHOTOGRAPHY:
During our parties, we will take plenty of photographs, if our photographer has been hired by you. Please notify a member of our team if you would not like these images to be uploaded on our social media platforms or in some cases, our website.

COMPLAINTS
In the event there is a complaint needed to be made, please contact Claremont Pier through the 'Contact Us' page, so we can resolve any issues.
